At the end of April, the Nora V creative team moved to Villa Erba in Cernobbio to work at the Proposte Fair , which in its 30 years of existence has become the main point of reference in the world of furnishing textiles.
It was a double feast for the eyes, immersing ourselves in the joyful spring atmosphere of Lake Como on a sunny, warm day, and at the same time spending hours and hours working surrounded by wonderful fabrics.
We took full advantage of this opportunity, visiting every stand at the fair, lingering longer where we saw the greatest potential for developing our new collection, where our eyes were drawn to colors, finishes, and patterns that made us daydream.
The day flew by as we began creating new moods: choosing new colors, finishing details, adding any accessories, discovering totally eco-sustainable fabric lines, and everything that somehow brought us back to the Nora V style.
It was a very productive day, where we viewed samples from around the world, discussed custom dyes, eco-friendly fabric treatments, pricing and delivery—everything that will help us choose the textiles that will play a key role in our new collection.
Finally, with our eyes full of beautiful images and drawings, we relaxed by strolling through the park of Villa Erba, and ended the day sitting on the lawn, toasting our work that we love so much!
