General conditions, sales, shipping, returns and refunds


Shipping conditions

The goods can be shipped worldwide, taxes, duties and charges for shipments outside the European Union are the responsibility of the recipient.

  • For shipping to Italy the shipping cost is 10 euros
  • For Europe it is 22 euros
  • For the rest of the world it is 55 euros

Returns or complaints

If the customer detects a defect in the requested product, he/she must communicate it to info@norav.it .
In the email you must include:

  • Buyer's name and surname
  • Purchase date
  • Type of defect found
  • Photo of the problem.

NoraV will undertake to replace the item at its own expense or to refund the purchase, upon agreement with the customer, within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the return.

Returned products must not have been used, washed or damaged and must be returned within 15 working days of receipt.

The customer can return the product after receiving a return code , which must be indicated on the package to be shipped.

Delivery times

Shipping times for Italy and Europe, including production and delivery, are approximately 15 working days.

We use all natural materials, such as linen, cotton, and mother-of-pearl. We package our products using paper and cardboard.
